Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 400*F.
  • Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish, stirring with a whisk.
  • Place eggs in a shallow dish.
  • Place crushed onions in a shallow dish.
  • Working with 1 fish strip at a time, dredge in flour mixture.
  • Dip in eggs, dredge in onions.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil.
  • Repeat with remaining fish strips.
  • Lightly coat the fish with cooking spray
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until done, turning once
  • Combine hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan, bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
  • I use just a bit of this sauce to drizzle over the fish. Then use the rest of it as a dipping sauce. If you do not like a hot sauce you can use a seafood dip or ranch dressing.
