Emperial Chop Suey Recipe

Ingredients

2. Chicken breast --cut into strips

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cornstarch

1 tsp. soy sauce

2 T. cooking oil

2. garlic cloves--crushed

1. medium onion..chopped

1C.green fresh string beans--blanch

1. medium carrot--sliced

2. stalks celery--cut 1/4" diagonal

11/2 C. cabbage--shredded

2 T. cornstarch

1 tsp. boullion chicken

1/2 tspl. Sugar

1 tsp. soy sauce

1 C. water

garnish with cilantro about 1 T per serving

Directions

Heat oil in a frying pan

- Saute the garlic until golden about 1 minute.

- Add onion cook until soft

- Add chicken and cook about 5 minutes in med heat

- Add vegetables saute for 5 minutes

- Add half of the water

- The other half of the water mix with cornstarch add it

to the pan

- Add bouillon, sugar and soy sauce and bring to boil

- Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until vegatables

are cooked..

- Garnish with cilantro

You can make it with beef, shrimp or pork

Hey add other vegetables make it your own.

Serve with steamed rice or udon (thick noodles).
