How to make it

  • Heat oil in a frying pan
  • - Saute the garlic until golden about 1 minute.
  • - Add onion cook until soft
  • - Add chicken and cook about 5 minutes in med heat
  • - Add vegetables saute for 5 minutes
  • - Add half of the water
  • - The other half of the water mix with cornstarch add it
  • to the pan
  • - Add bouillon, sugar and soy sauce and bring to boil
  • - Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until vegatables
  • are cooked..
  • - Garnish with cilantro
  • You can make it with beef, shrimp or pork
  • Hey add other vegetables make it your own.
  • Serve with steamed rice or udon (thick noodles).
