I created this dish for the cook book tha I am writting as i type..Goes well with Udon (thick Noodles)Enjoy......

Ingredients
  • 2. Chicken breast --cut into strips
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 T. cooking oil
  • 2. garlic cloves--crushed
  • 1. medium onion..chopped
  • 1C.green fresh string beans--blanch
  • 1. medium carrot--sliced
  • 2. stalks celery--cut 1/4" diagonal
  • 11/2 C. cabbage--shredded
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. boullion chicken
  • 1/2 tspl. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 C. water
  • garnish with cilantro about 1 T per serving

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan
  2. - Saute the garlic until golden about 1 minute.
  3. - Add onion cook until soft
  4. - Add chicken and cook about 5 minutes in med heat
  5. - Add vegetables saute for 5 minutes
  6. - Add half of the water
  7. - The other half of the water mix with cornstarch add it
  8. to the pan
  9. - Add bouillon, sugar and soy sauce and bring to boil
  10. - Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until vegatables
  11. are cooked..
  12. - Garnish with cilantro
  13. You can make it with beef, shrimp or pork
  14. Hey add other vegetables make it your own.
  15. Serve with steamed rice or udon (thick noodles).
