Copycat Ihop Banana Syrup Recipe

	Egravinapooh / All my dishes 1 year, 8 months ago This is a copycat version of the recipe that IHOP uses for their banana syrup. It is a favorite of mine and it goes great with a bazillion dishes. You can substitute the sugar for honey in a 1:1 ratio. Enjoy! Prep:2m Cook:10m Servings:4	Egravinapoo

Ingredients

1 very ripe banana, mashed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup water

1 Tbsp dark molasses

1 1/2 Tbsp light corn syrup

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce to a simmer and continue heating and stirring until you reach desired thickness.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
