Lovely and very easy and quick to make berry pie.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1,5dl (2/3 cups) sugar
  • 75g (2 1/2 oz) melted margarine or butter
  • 1dl (1/2 cups) milk
  • 1tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1,5 tsp baking powder
  • 2,5dl (1 cup) wheat flour
  • 0,5l (2 cups) (frozen) berries

Directions
  1. Mix the eggs and the sugar into a light foam.
  2. Add the melted margarine or butter.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add the mixture through a sieve in the dough taking turns with the milk.
  4. Pour into a bread crumbed round oven dish (diameter about 27cm).
  5. Add the berries on top and add sugar if you wish.
  6. Bake on the bottom of the oven 200ºC for 20-30mins.
