Soft Berry Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix the eggs and the sugar into a light foam.
  • Add the melted margarine or butter.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add the mixture through a sieve in the dough taking turns with the milk.
  • Pour into a bread crumbed round oven dish (diameter about 27cm).
  • Add the berries on top and add sugar if you wish.
  • Bake on the bottom of the oven 200ºC for 20-30mins.
