Ingredients

1 cup sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 c up shredded zucchini

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Icing

3 tablespoon margarine

1/2 cup brown sugar

4 teaspoon milk

1 1/2 cup powder sugar

Directions

Mix together sugar and oil, add egg and vanilla. Beating well.Add zucchini and dry ingredients, mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 deree for 10-15 minutes till browned. Cool n drizlle with icing.

Icing

Heat all ingredients in saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add powder sugar, Stir until smooth.

Does not double well

Freezes well
