San Antonio Creamed Eggs Recipe
Different but so tasty and so elegant. If you want to impress somebody for breakfast or brunch serve these delights. I love them and hope you will too.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup fined grated Romano cheese
  • 1 large bunch fresh chives minced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Lightly butter eight ramekins then break 1 egg into each ramekin and sprinkle with cheese and chives.
  3. Pour 2 tablespoons cream over each and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven and bake until eggs are set and cream is bubbling lightly around the edges.
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
