How to make it

  • Heat 2 tbs of oil in wok. Medium heat. Once heated, add egg; stirring until softly scrambled. Set aside
  • Add al the seafood and garlic, stirring for 2 minutes. Set aside seafood, leaving garlic in wok
  • Stir in rice and pork barbecue ad mix with the tasty brown bits left from the seafood.
  • Once rice is completely fried, mix everything and set on plate.
  • Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle shredded scallion
  • Serve with soy sauce
