Emelis Seafood Fried Rice

- 1 1/2 pounds of raw shrimp shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds of raw lobster shopping list
- 1 pound of crab shopping list
- 1/2 pound of scallon shopping list
- 4 cups of cooked rice shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 scallion shopping list
- 1 pound of pork barbecue shopping list
- salt and pepper for tasting shopping list
- 1clove of garlic shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat 2 tbs of oil in wok. Medium heat. Once heated, add egg; stirring until softly scrambled. Set aside
- Add al the seafood and garlic, stirring for 2 minutes. Set aside seafood, leaving garlic in wok
- Stir in rice and pork barbecue ad mix with the tasty brown bits left from the seafood.
- Once rice is completely fried, mix everything and set on plate.
- Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle shredded scallion
- Serve with soy sauce
