Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream together butter and sugars
  • Add eggs, one at a time, make sure to beat well after each additon
  • Add vanilla
  • In another bowel combine: dry ingredients
  • Gradually add to creamed mixture
  • Drop of teaspoonful onto baking sheets
  • (I find it easier to make balls out of the dough instead of using a measured teaspoon or tool)
  • Bake: 350 degrees for at least 10 mins in an electric oven, might be only 8 mins in a gas stove
  • Yields about: 4 dozen
  • Keep covered and your cookies will last longer & be chewier
  • Enjoy!
