Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground round (or your fav burger meat)
  • Approx 15 Crimini (baby Portabella) mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 tsp honey mustard
  • 4 or 5 slices of cheese (swiss, american, cheddar...whatever - I made 2 with swiss and 3 with american)
  • a "pinch" of Kosher salt

Directions
  1. Sprinkle the salt in a medium frying pan and place on med heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the meat, mustard and mushrooms.
  3. Form the meat into patties (I made 5) and place them into pan to cook.
  4. Lower heat a bit so burgers don't burn.
  5. When they are about done to your liking, add the cheese on top and cover for approx 2-3 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
  6. Serve and enjoy!
