How to make it

  • Roll out
  • Cut and fry in deep fat.
  • Drain on paper towel
  • Glaze
  • Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tables. hot water
  • 1/2 teas butter
  • Mix well until smooth,brush on the Grebble
  • Enjoy

    My grandmother used powdered sugar on hers. Very good.
    She rolled the dough out real thin and cut into squares about 5 inches square and made two slits side by side in the center and twisted them and put them in the oil to fry. They puffed up and she sprinkled the powdered sugar on them when they came out. We used to eat them as soon as she could get them made.
