Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse salmon and salt and pepper to taste. Add a little butter to a skillet and add salmon - brown salmon on both sides. Add wine to skillet and "poach" the salmon till done.
  • While salmon is cooking boil pasta till desired doneness. Drain and rinse pasta.
  • When Salmon is cooked use spatula or wooden spoon to cut it up into bite size pieces while still in the skillet. Pour drained pasta and the pesto into the skillet with the salmon and mix everything well.
  • Serve immediately.

Sounds great, plan to try it tonight! (hoping 4 servings means 4 fillets, as I will be cutting everything in half to serve 2). :)

I love pesto and salmon fillets - the combination really sings. I bet adding them to pasta with some white wine would be great! You get my 5 and I'm saving your recipe to try. Thank you!

This is my favorite type of cooking...easy! I might add some sauteed fresh asparagus because I love salmon and asparagus together.
