Sliced Melon with a Fresh Basil

Ingredients
- sliced fresh melon, no rind or hard part
- sliced prosciutto, fat trimmed
- basil olive oil
- sliced tomatoes, ripe
- chiffanade basil
- slice cucumber, peeled and cored
- red onions, thinly sliced
Directions
- Slice melon should cover 2/3 of the plate
- Lay a piece or 2 of the prosciutto over top of the melon
- Toss the tomatoes, cucumber, basil and onions in
- balsamic vinegar.
- Place the tomato salad on the other 1/3 of the plate
- Lightly oil the prosciutto with the basil oil.

The melon and prosciutto is classic - but I really like the addition of the basil chiffonade, tomato, cucumber and red onion salad with the basil oil. Great compilation of flavors. Great recipe - thanks!
