How to make it

  • Slice melon should cover 2/3 of the plate
  • Lay a piece or 2 of the prosciutto over top of the melon
  • Toss the tomatoes, cucumber, basil and onions in
  • balsamic vinegar.
  • Place the tomato salad on the other 1/3 of the plate
  • Lightly oil the prosciutto with the basil oil.

    The melon and prosciutto is classic - but I really like the addition of the basil chiffonade, tomato, cucumber and red onion salad with the basil oil. Great compilation of flavors. Great recipe - thanks!
