My Corned-beef And Cabbage And Potatoes Creation Recipe

Ingredients

Cooked Corn Beef (any amount)

Cooked cabbage, (any amount, however you make it)

Roasted potatoes (see my recipe for it)

Thousand Island (to taste)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a casserole dish, place a layer of the potatoes.

Then place a layer of corned beef.

Drizzle some Thousand Island over the dish (to taste)

Put the cabbage on top.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until hot.

**Serve with Rye bread and enjoy!**

Well this sounds wonderful St Paddys day is my bday and i will only eat cornbeef and cabbage to celebrate. This will be such a treat for me and mom to try this year...well in the next couple of days...
