Ingredients
- 1 CUP RANCH SALAD DRESSING
- 1 EGG, LIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 6 CHICKEN BREASTS, SKIN REMOVED
- 2 CUPS CRUSHED CORNFLAKES
Directions
- MIX THE SALAD DRESSING AND THE EGG IN A BOWL.
- PLACE THE FLOUR IN A SHALLOW DISH.
- COAT EACH PIECE OF CHICKEN WITH FLOUR,THEN DIP INTO EGG MIXTURE.
- ROLL EACH PIECE IN CORNFLAKES.
- PLACE IN A BAKING PAN
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH.

Ok I usually fry the chicken but have been looking for an oven recipe. Have you ever tried it leaving the skin on? JJ

Yes, and I did not like it as much. Fried chicken is great but for something different this good.
