OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 CUP RANCH SALAD DRESSING
  • 1 EGG, LIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • 6 CHICKEN BREASTS, SKIN REMOVED
  • 2 CUPS CRUSHED CORNFLAKES

Directions
  1. MIX THE SALAD DRESSING AND THE EGG IN A BOWL.
  2. PLACE THE FLOUR IN A SHALLOW DISH.
  3. COAT EACH PIECE OF CHICKEN WITH FLOUR,THEN DIP INTO EGG MIXTURE.
  4. ROLL EACH PIECE IN CORNFLAKES.
  5. PLACE IN A BAKING PAN
  6. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH.

Ok I usually fry the chicken but have been looking for an oven recipe. Have you ever tried it leaving the skin on? JJ


Yes, and I did not like it as much. Fried chicken is great but for something different this good.


I like the idea of using Ranch as the binder in this recipe, sounds Yummy... :)
