Uptown Chicken Waldorf Salad

This is a twist on the classic waldorf salad that is perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of diced cooked chicken shopping list
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugared pecans shopping list
- 2 granny smith apples cored and diced shopping list
- 1/4 Cup red grapes halved shopping list
- Balsamic Vinagrette (Ken's steak House) shopping list
- mixed greens shopping list
How to make it
- Place greens on plate top with chicken, cheese, peans, apples and grapes. Top with dressing according to your taste.
