This is a twist on the classic waldorf salad that is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugared pecans
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples cored and diced
  • 1/4 Cup Red Grapes halved
  • Balsamic Vinagrette (Ken's Steak House)
  • Mixed Greens

Directions
  1. Place greens on plate top with chicken, cheese, peans, apples and grapes. Top with dressing according to your taste.
