Egg And Olive Sandwich Recipe Misahungry / All my dishes

A colleague of mine introduced this recipe that his mom used to make for him. The olives in this recipe take it from just ordinary to extraordinary.

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup whole green olives with pimentos
  • Mayo to your liking
  • Mustard to your liking
  • Cracked pepper to your liking
  • Sliced white bread

Directions
  1. Boil the eggs until hard boiled (10 minutes).
  2. Rinse under cold water to cool and peel.
  3. Chop eggs roughly.
  4. Chop olives roughly.
  5. Mix eggs, olives, and mayo.
  6. Add a bit of mustard and/or cracked pepper to taste.
  7. Spread onto bread and cover with a second slice to make a sandwich.
  8. Cut into four triangles and enjoy.
