How to make it

  • Roasted Red pepper mayo
  • Combine mayo and peppers, mix well.refrigerate till ready to serve
  • Heat Grill (medium heat)
  • Burgers
  • In medium pan bring water and bouillon to a boil over medium heat,stir to dissolve
  • Rinse and drain wild rice with cold water.
  • Add rice to pan cover reduce heat to low.
  • Cook about 1 hour or until kernals are opened and most or all the liquid is gone.
  • Rice should be slightly overcooked. Remove from heat let cool and drain if needed.
  • Put rice, mushrooms, and salt in food processor, process until finely chopped.
  • Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs, pulse to combine.
  • Add egg, pulse to combine
  • Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  • Sprinkle rest of breadcrumbs on plate, Dip patties into crumbs coat both sides.
  • Cook on grill over medium heat, covered about 6 minutes on each side.
  • Top each patties with slice of provolone last minute of cooking.
  • Put on bun top with red pepper mayo.
