Got this from a Jenny Craig recipe somewhere. Thought I'd share

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Gingerroot, peeled and grated
  • 2tsp Rice Wine vinegar
  • 2tsp Ketchup
  • 1tsp Water
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 1/4tsp ground Cinnamon (I personally use less)
  • 1/4tsp crushed Red Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 Green Onions diced
  • 4 (6oz.) Chicken Breasts

Directions
  1. Mix the first 9 ingredients in a small bowl, stir well.
  2. Brush the mixture on the Chicken and cook in the Rotissorie for approx. 20 min.
  3. Exchanges: 3 Lean Meat
