Ingredients

1 lime

2 cups white tequila

2-3 jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded

6 cups tonic water

Directions

Using peeler, remove peel from lime in strips(no pith, green part only)

Combine peel, jalapenos, and tequila in a glass jar with lid

Chill overnight

When ready to serve, fill 8 tall glasses with ice

Divide tonic water into glasses

Divide tequila mixture into tonic water

Ole!!!

Somehow, in hindsight - I kind of wish I had stuck to the tequila and not jumped to Guinness and Irish Whiskey and back again. I believe at one point I started singing in Gaelic - which is a feat unto itself, as I know about 12 words in Gaelic. I did successfully resist the riverdancing (as I was too busy laughing my fanny off)- and fun was had by all...

...and we're a wee bit lightheaded this morning for it. Hehehe...
