Ingredients
- 1 lime shopping list
- 2 cups white tequila shopping list
- 2-3 jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded shopping list
- 6 cups tonic water shopping list
How to make it
- Using peeler, remove peel from lime in strips(no pith, green part only)
- Combine peel, jalapenos, and tequila in a glass jar with lid
- Chill overnight
- When ready to serve, fill 8 tall glasses with ice
- Divide tonic water into glasses
- Divide tequila mixture into tonic water
- Ole!!!

We've got this chilling right now. I went out last night and got the limes, jalapenos and tonic water. Strangely, I had the tequila on hand...hmmm. So this will one elixir we will be celebrating St. Paddy's Day with tonight.
