Chicken Vegetable Lo Mein

- 6 oz. udon noodles shopping list
- 2 (4oz.) chicken breasts cut into strips shopping list
- 1/2tsp crushed red pepper shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 2tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 3c sliced bok choy shopping list
- 3/4c low-sodium Chicken broth shopping list
- 2Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1Tbsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 1/2c shredded carrots shopping list
- 1/3c sliced green onion shopping list
- 2tsp toasted sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta
- Meanwhile, combine Chicken, Red Pepper, and Garlic, tossing well. In a Wok add 1tsp oil. Add Chicken mixture, stir-fry 2 min. Add Bok Choy, stir-fry 2min. Add Broth, Soy Sauce, and Oyster Sauce, stir-fry 1 min. Add Carrot and Green Onion, stri-fry 1 min.
- Add Pasta and remaing oil, toss until heated. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds.
