Fingerling Potatoes Steamed In White Wine

- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 pound fingerling potatoes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Bring wine and broth to boil in bottom of a steamer.
- Place potatoes in one layer in top of steamer and cover then cook 13 minutes.
- Remove potatoes and sprinkle with oil and tarragon then season with salt and pepper.
