Bleu Mignon Flatbread Recipe
This only serve one person, if more than 1 person, all have to do is add the recipe to 2, 3, etc. This is simliar to the ones you see at Black Angus Restaurant, but I like mine better ;) lol

Ingredients
  • 1 - 3 oz. seared filet mignon, Cut into cube bite sizes
  • 1/2 c caramelized onions
  • 1/2 c crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp bleu cheese dressing
  • 1/2 c shredded jack cheese
  • 1 flatbread
  • Butter
  • Garlic Powder
  • Parsley Flakes

Directions
  1. Sear filet mignon til well done and tender, chop into bite sizes.
  2. Set aside
  3. Caramelize onions in frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil
  4. Spread butter on flat bread
  5. Spread bleu cheese dressing on flatbread
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder, parsley flakes on flatbread
  7. Sprinkle Jack cheese on flatbread
  8. Put under broil for about 3-5 mins til cheese is melted
  9. Remove from oven
  10. Sprinkle mignon cubes, onions, crumbled bleu cheese, & parmesan cheese on flatbread
  11. Put back under broil for another 4-5 mins til Parmesan cheese is melted.
  12. Cut into 4 slices and Enjoy!!

Mercy me! What a recipe. Love everything in it. I have got to stop gawing all these recipes *sigh* before I outgrow my current wardrobe! *YIKES* lol Gotta give this my 5. Thanks for sharing.
