Disappearing Butterscotch Chocolate Bars

These are called *disappearing* because they are so good they *disappear*. :)
Ingredients
- 1 cup butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1 stick unsalted butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- In heavy pan on stove, melt over medium heat the butterscotch chips and butter
- Stir constantly until melted
- Cool to lukewarm
- In large bowl, combine flour brown sugar, baking powder, salt
- Add the melted butterscotch chip/butter mixture
- Add the beaten eggs
- Mix thoroughly
- Fold marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts into all
- Spread into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish or pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes
- Don't overcook
- Center will be jiggly, but firm when cool
- Cut into bars
