Veg-All Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans veg-all
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz. ) can water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cheese, grated or shredded
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 4 Tblsp. butter
  • Ritz crackers, potato chips or herb dressing, choose one you like.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Drain veg-all and chestnuts.
  3. Place in a 3-quart mixing bowl.
  4. Add chicken soup, onion, cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
  5. Pour into 2 to 3-quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with ritz crumbs, chips or herb dressing.
  7. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until bubbly and topping is medium brown.
