Ingredients

1 cup lukewarm water

2 tbs milk

2 tsp brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbs shortening

1 tbs corn meal

1tbs extra virgin olive oil

1 package yeast

3 cups all- purpose flower or unbleached white flour

Directions

In a Food Processor add water, milk, brown sugar, salt and shortening mix for 1 min then add corn meal, olive oil and yeast and flour mix well

turn the dough out on a lightly floured surface form the dough into a ball and place it in a covered bowl ata n ambient temperature of 70F 85F let it rest about 45mins to 1 hour

Push down dough and make a 12" to 14 " circle with your hands or rolling pin if you prefer

places pizza crust onto BARBECUE AND FLIP WHEN BROWNED ON EACH SIDE AND then TOP WITH PIZZA SAUCE , MOZZARELLA CHEESE WITH FRESH BASIL OR YOUR FAVORITE TOPPING

PLACES BACK ONTO BBQ to melt cheeses for 2mins
