How to make it

  • In a Food Processor add water, milk, brown sugar, salt and shortening mix for 1 min then add corn meal, olive oil and yeast and flour mix well
  • turn the dough out on a lightly floured surface form the dough into a ball and place it in a covered bowl ata n ambient temperature of 70F 85F let it rest about 45mins to 1 hour
  • Push down dough and make a 12" to 14 " circle with your hands or rolling pin if you prefer
  • places pizza crust onto BARBECUE AND FLIP WHEN BROWNED ON EACH SIDE AND then TOP WITH PIZZA SAUCE , MOZZARELLA CHEESE WITH FRESH BASIL OR YOUR FAVORITE TOPPING
  • PLACES BACK ONTO BBQ to melt cheeses for 2mins

    Pretty good crust. Didn't do the grill and flip thing. Baked at 450F with toppings for 15 min.
