Wilted Greens With Garlic

- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil OR bacon drippings shopping list
- 1-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 pound spinach, swiss chard, bok choi, collard greens, mustard greens or beet greens, washed, stems sliced, leaves torn shopping list
- salt & freshly ground pepper to taste shopping list
- sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir until golden. Add greens in batches, if necessary, and toss until just wilted, 2 to 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds. Serve warm
