Pointseven-out, you need to chill-out! ;-) Not all cakes have flour, like Flourless Chocolate Cakes. Some cakes just call for ground nuts as the "flour". It does make a much denser cake.

Am I missing something? Where's the flour? Your cake is made up of hazelnuts, milk, and eggs! Does this make a cake? One more question. How can you receive two 5-fork ratings when there is an ingredient missing?

If hazelnuts, milk, and eggs make a cake batter, I need someone to explain it to me. I'm sincerely stupified.

Wow! This sounds wonderful! I suppose you could use any variety of nut for this, like pecans? Saved, very interesting post. You have my 5.
