Hazelnut cake

- 2 cups cleaned hazelnuts shopping list
- 1 can sweatened condensed milk shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 3/4lt whipping cream shopping list
- 4 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cocoa shopping list
- Two 20cm greased and dusted with flour pans shopping list
How to make it
- In the blender put condensed milk,eggs and hazelnut. Blend untilthe hazelnuts are ground very fine.
- Pour into the pans.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°until a tooth pick comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking prepare the cream. In a mixer put the cream with the sugar. Whip until hard peaks form. Add the sifted cocoa and mix.Refrigerate.
- When the cake comes out turn it on a rack and let it cool completly.
- Put some of the chocolate cream on the top of one cake.Put the othe cake on the top and cover with the rest of the cream.
- Refrigerate for a while before serving.
- You can also make the cake with walnuts or almonds.
