- 1 POUND ground beef shopping list
- 1 MEDIUM onion, CHOPPED shopping list
- 1 JAR(14 OUNCES) spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 2 CUPS (8 OUNCES) SHREDDED mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 CUP milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 CUP ALL -PURPOSE flour shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON salt shopping list
How to make it
- IN A LARGE SKILLET, COOK BEEF AND ONION OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL THE MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK; DRAIN.
- ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE.
- COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
- POUR INTO A GREASED 13X9X2 INCH BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
- IN A BLENDER, COMBINE MILK ,EGGS,OIL, FLOUR,AND SALT; COVER AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR OVER CHEESE. BAKE, UNCOVERED,AT 400 FOR 25 -30 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
