• 2 3/4 cps flour shopping list
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
• 1 tsp salt shopping list
• 1 1/2 cp sugar 2 eggs shopping list
• 2 egg yolks shopping list
• 6 tbs melted butter shopping list
• 1 1/2 tsp finely shredded orange or lemon peel shopping list
• 1 cp chopped almonds, hazelnuts or pistacios shopping list
• Preheat oven to 325 shopping list
• Place dry ingredients in large bowl and mix shopping list
• make well in center of flour mixture and add eggs, yolks, butter and peel shopping list
• stir til dough begins to form a ball shopping list
• add nuts and mix well shopping list
• Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board and devide into three pieces. shopping list
• Shape each portion into a 14 inch log and place on lightly greased baking sheet shopping list
• Bake for 30 minutes or untill firm and light brown shopping list
• remove from oven and cool about 15 minutes shopping list
• Place on cutting board and carefully slice diagonally. shopping list
• Place slices on cookie shhe and bake 10 minutes, turn over and bake another 10 minutes, shopping list
• These will be very crisp and a beautiful golden brown. They are definitely worth the work. Taste great with a good cup of tea. shopping list
