Smoked Turkey

- 10-15 lb. turkey with pop up timer and back bone removed shopping list
- 1/4 cup kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup paprika shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- Heat smoker with oak and mesquite chips to 240 degrees
- Mix 7 ingredients to make fine rub.
- Rub entire turkey, including under the skin
- Lay flat in smoker and smoke 4-5 hours or until timer pops
