Crispy Beef Put Ped Nau krup

Crispy Beef are best with Jasmine rice...
Ingredients
- 1 lb of beef tenderion thinly sliced shopping list
- 4 glove of garlic shopping list
- 3 tbsp of dried red pepper crushed shopping list
- 3 tbsp thick soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp fish sauce or salt to taste shopping list
- 1 tbsp flour shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, add beef and flour and set aside for about 10 mintues.
- Curshed garlic and red pepper together
- In a large skillet, add oil and garlic mixter cook until golden brown.
- Add beef, cook for 10 minutes until crispy
- Add oyster sauce, brown sugar and fish sauce cook until reduce sauce.
- Add spinach and stir to coat. Removed from heat and arrange on serving plate...
- Best serve with Jasmine rice.
