Cherry Tomatoes With Rum

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons light rum (dark is OK) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon crushed basil shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter over medium heat in heavy frying pan.
- Blend in brown sugar
- Add cherry tomatoes and poach in this sauce for about 5 minutes.
- Be careful not to break the skins.
- Add rum and basil.
- Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes to heat thru
- Pour all into hot vegetable dish
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
