How to make it

  • Place 2T. jam in bottom of small single serving size oven proof ramekin.
  • Mix yogurt and almond extract
  • Smooth yogurt on top of jam
  • Evenly sprinkle brown sugar on top of yogurt
  • Torch till evenly browned (or broil)
  • Chill
  • Enjoy
