Applebutter Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups - Flour (all purpose)

1/2 cup - Light Brown Sugar

1 tsp - Salt

1 tsp - Baking Soda

1 cup - Oatmeal (1 min type)

1 tsp - Cinnamon

2 Eggs - Beaten

1 cup - Applebutter

1 stick - Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a bowl mix applebutter, butter and light brown sugar

In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients

Add to butter mixture slowly and mix until very dry

Bake 14-15 minutes (depending upon your oven) (mine is electric)

Bake until lightly golden brown on the bottom

Cookies will be soft when you take them out of the oven

Allow cookies to stand in baking pans

Remove to wire racks and cool thorougly

Yum, Yum, Yum!
