Applebutter Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

A great cookie, very soft, almost like a cake cookie! Try it. If you enjoy a good cake, you'll love this cookie.

Ingredients
- 2 cups - Flour (all purpose)
- 1/2 cup - Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp - Salt
- 1 tsp - Baking Soda
- 1 cup - Oatmeal (1 min type)
- 1 tsp - Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs - Beaten
- 1 cup - Applebutter
- 1 stick - Butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl mix applebutter, butter and light brown sugar
- In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients
- Add to butter mixture slowly and mix until very dry
- Bake 14-15 minutes (depending upon your oven) (mine is electric)
- Bake until lightly golden brown on the bottom
- Cookies will be soft when you take them out of the oven
- Allow cookies to stand in baking pans
- Remove to wire racks and cool thorougly
- Yum, Yum, Yum!
