Applebutter Oatmeal Cookie

A great cookie, very soft, almost like a cake cookie! Try it. If you enjoy a good cake, you'll love this cookie.
Ingredients
- 2 cups - flour (all purpose) shopping list
- 1/2 cup - light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp - salt shopping list
- 1 tsp - baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup - oatmeal (1 min type) shopping list
- 1 tsp - cinnamon shopping list
- 2 eggs - Beaten shopping list
- 1 cup - Applebutter shopping list
- 1 stick - butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl mix applebutter, butter and light brown sugar
- In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients
- Add to butter mixture slowly and mix until very dry
- Bake 14-15 minutes (depending upon your oven) (mine is electric)
- Bake until lightly golden brown on the bottom
- Cookies will be soft when you take them out of the oven
- Allow cookies to stand in baking pans
- Remove to wire racks and cool thorougly
- Yum, Yum, Yum!
