Creative Chocolate Oatmeal Peanutbutter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups - Flour (all purpose)

1/2 cup - Light Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp - Salt

1 tsp - Baking Soda

1/2 cup - Oatmeal (fast cooking)

1/2 cup - Peanutbutter

1/2 cup - Unsweetened cocoa powder

1 stick - Butter

2 - Eggs (beaten)

Directions

Preheat Oven 345-350 degrees

In bowl mix together butter and eggs

In another bowl mix dry ingredients

Add to butter mixture slowly until well coated

Bake 345-350 14-15 mins (depending up your oven

Bake until lightly gold brown on bottom

Cool in pan and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely

This is a wonderful cookie & I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Love oatmeal cookies. In fact I had some oatmeal for breakfast and tried alittle p'nut buter and jelly in it. It was a pretty good change.
