How to make it

  • Place ribs in pan, cover with water and simmer about an hour or until tender, but not falling off the bone
  • Mix BBQ sauce and juice together
  • Place ribs in freezer bag(s), add mixture, seal and refrigerate.
  • Turn ribs occasionally, marinating at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours
  • Grill over medium heat about 30 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade until heated through
  • Discard remaining marinade
  • 8 servings
