Lemon Easter Bunny and Friends

Well servings depends on the size of your forms for cutting out the figures.
Ingredients
- 100 g butter shopping list
- 120 g powder sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 50 g grated almond shopping list
- 200 g flour shopping list
- powder sugar and food colours for decorating shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk butter with powder sugar, egg, lemon zest, and salt. Add almond, flour and leave for an hour in the fridege. Roll out dough between a plastic foile and with a cutter cut figures you like. Leave for 15 minutes in a cold place. Bake for about 10 minutes on 200°C. Decorate with sugar glaze.
