Hot Potato Sausage Salad

- Serves 4
A little sweet, a little tangy.....a lot easy!
Ingredients
- 5 medium red potatoes, halved shopping list
- 1 large dark orange sweet potato, halved shopping list
- 8 ounce cooked kielbasa, sliced shopping list
- ½ C water shopping list
- 1 T flour shopping list
- ¼ C thinly sliced green onions shopping list
- 3 T sugar shopping list
- 3 T cider vinegar shopping list
- ¼ t salt shopping list
- 1/8 t pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place red and sweet potatoes in small pan and cook until tender
- Heat sausage in skillet 5 minutes or until browned
- In small bowl, combine water and flour
- Add flour mixture, onions, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to sausage, stir
- Bring to boil, cook 1 minute, stirring
- Peel sweet potato, cut potatoes into cubes
- Place in medium bowl, pour sausage mixture over potatoes; mix well
