A little sweet, a little tangy.....a lot easy!

Ingredients
  • 5 medium red potatoes, halved
  • 1 large dark orange sweet potato, halved
  • 8 ounce cooked kielbasa, sliced
  • ½ C water
  • 1 T flour
  • ¼ C thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 T sugar
  • 3 T cider vinegar
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper

Directions
  1. Place red and sweet potatoes in small pan and cook until tender
  2. Heat sausage in skillet 5 minutes or until browned
  3. In small bowl, combine water and flour
  4. Add flour mixture, onions, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to sausage, stir
  5. Bring to boil, cook 1 minute, stirring
  6. Peel sweet potato, cut potatoes into cubes
  7. Place in medium bowl, pour sausage mixture over potatoes; mix well
