Ingredients
  • bread of yer choosin
  • cheese yer mouse likes and yer daughter loves
  • butter as soft and salted as the Irish sea...
  • Dijon that melts ........melds......and finally..... mesmerizes

Directions
  1. toast the bread....lightly now...
  2. then lay it out and dress it with the mildest of cheese...not to thick and not to thin...
  3. clamp it shut ...tight into its bread
  4. gently now with the softest of care...dent its wee edges with a bit of Dijon
  5. butter the outside and set it upon a hot skillet...
  6. when the air about yer nose is tempted...
  7. lift it quick and slice it......
  8. serve her fast ......and fill her quick...
  9. if ya give her a dip-pin soup...so much the better she feels no ails...tw
  10. Happy Easter to ya all
