How to make it

  • toast the bread....lightly now...
  • then lay it out and dress it with the mildest of cheese...not to thick and not to thin...
  • clamp it shut ...tight into its bread
  • gently now with the softest of care...dent its wee edges with a bit of Dijon
  • butter the outside and set it upon a hot skillet...
  • when the air about yer nose is tempted...
  • lift it quick and slice it......
  • serve her fast ......and fill her quick...
  • if ya give her a dip-pin soup...so much the better she feels no ails...tw
