Ingredients
- 1kg sour cream
- 250g icing sgar
- 60ml glucose syrup
- juice of two limes
Directions
- Combine ingredient together well in metal bowl.
- Freeze.
- Eat.
- I like to use a hand mixer to mix this and take out icecream intermittently through the freezing process to give it another quick mix. I think it makes it a little 'lighter' but it isn't imperative)
