Ingredients

1kg sour cream

250g icing sgar

60ml glucose syrup

juice of two limes

Directions

Combine ingredient together well in metal bowl.

Freeze.

Eat.

I like to use a hand mixer to mix this and take out icecream intermittently through the freezing process to give it another quick mix. I think it makes it a little 'lighter' but it isn't imperative)
