Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix 1st -7 ingredients and set aside.
  • heat oil in wok or large pan
  • stir-fry chicken 2-3 minutes
  • add onions and peppers
  • stir-fry until done
  • add soy sauce mixture and cook until thickened and bubbly
  • stir in cashews and cook 1 more minute.
  • serve over hot rice!

    Wow, fixed this for dinner tonight - wonderful! Of course I tweaked the recipe a little, but I've always considered a recipe a guide. We'll be having the leftovers for breakfast tomorrow, should make a really nice frittata.
