- 1 lb roasted hazelnuts shopping list
- 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp hot water shopping list
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
- In a blender, finely grind nuts, 1/3 at a time, until mealy.
- Add cornstarch mixture, powdered sugar and vanilla, and blend until paste forms.
- Store in a covered container for up to 3 months in the fridge.
