How to make it

  • Put caramels and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth. Sir in 1/2 c of chopped pecans.
  • Pour onto piecrust.
  • In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and mix until smooth.
  • Pour pudding layer over caramel layer and chill for 20 minutes
  • Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top of cheesecake.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
