I just decided I wanted Bbq chicken pizza the other day and made this. It was very good! I think it may be my husband's new favorite!

Ingredients
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
  • 1/8 cup green onions
  • 1 cup of Bbq sauce of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 12" premade thin pizza crust (or make your own)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven according to directions or your recipe.
  2. Heat 1 1/2 Tbs. of oil in skillet.
  3. Slice yellow onion and add to pan.
  4. Cook until carmalized.
  5. Add Bbq sauce and cook on low 2 min. (I used 1/2 cup Famous Dave's Devil's Spit and 1/2 cup Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty)
  6. Remove onion and Bbq from pan.
  7. Chop chicken into bite size pieces and add to pan with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  8. Cook until no longer pink.
  9. Brush crust with remaining olive oil.
  10. Spread onion and bbq mix on crust.
  11. Add chicken.
  12. Top with cheese and green onion.
  13. Bake and Serve!
