How to make it

  • Mix the beaten egg,pepper,basil,thyme,ketchup,mustard,bagel crumbs together in large bowl.
  • Pour the dissolved boullion cube into bowl
  • Mix in the ground round,celery,onion,carrot,cheese,mixing lightly
  • Place in a oval casserole dish
  • Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Drain the Liquid that forms.
  • Let set about 10 minutes to allow the juices to go back to the center of the meat loaf.
  • Slice,serve
  • Note: may need to use less salt,because the celery has a lot of sodium,along with the bagel,cheese,ketchup and boullion cube.
