  • ADD POTATOES
  • PUT DRESSING INGREDIENTS INTO A SCREW TOPPED JAR AND SHAKE WELL.
  • POUR OVER POTATO SALAD, TOSS AND SERVE.
  • THIS POTATO SALAD CAN BE SERVED HOT OR COLD, AS DESIRED. IF YOU PREFER IT COLD, ADD THE DRESSING JUST BEFOE SERVING.

    Yes, any Bacon will do , of course. Back Rashers are merely a cut we have in U.K. but any fairly lean bacon will fit the bill. Happy cooking Doreen
