Sweet Potato Muffins

This is another that my grandmother made.It is very good.Makes a great snack or breakfast food.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed shopping list
- 2 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons nutmeg, if desired shopping list
- 1 cup nuts, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Bake at 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Stir until well blended.
- Put paper liners in muffin pans and
- fill 2/3 full with batter.
