Ingredients
- 1000 g quark
- 4 packs vanilla sugar
- 300 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- zest of 2 lemons
- 3 tablespoon wheat groat
- 50 g butter
Directions
- With a help of a hand mixer mix quark, vanilla sugar, butter, sugar and egg yolks. Beat egg white and mix to the quark-egg yolk mixture. Roll out dough and put into a form, sprinkle wheat groat and add quark filling. Bake for 1 hour on 160°C.
