- PINCH OF baking soda shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF GRANULATED sugar shopping list
- 1/4 TEASPOON cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 TEASPOON nutmeg shopping list
- 1 egg WELL BEATEN shopping list
- 1 1/4 CUP milk shopping list
- 1/2 CUP canned pumpkin shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOON MELTED shortening shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE EGG, SHORTENING, PUMPKIN AND MILK; ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE WITH OTHER DRY INGR., BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH, SPOON OUT DESIRED AMT AND SIZE OF PANCAKE, BAKE ON HOT LIGHTLY GREASED GRIDDLE, TURNING ONLY ONCE.
- SERVE HOT WITH BUTTER OR FAVORITE SYRUP OR FRUIT, AND WHIPPED CREAM
