Lemon Crisp Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8.25-oz) pkg. lemon cake mix

1/2-cup butter or margarine,melted

1-tspn grated lemon peel

1-cup Rice Crispies

1-egg beaten

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed (dough will be crumbly).

Shape into 1-in. balls.

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased bakings sheets.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10/12 minutes.

Cool for 1 minutes

Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
